An ensemble is actually two separate items (a mattress and a base). A king ensemble is three items (a mattress and two single bases).
Select a preferred collection day.
Follow the steps to checkout and complete the payment .
Please provide any instructions for the collection.
We will get in touch to arrange a collection date.
Mattrec collects mattresses Monday-Friday. Collection days depend on location.
Could you please ensure that your mattress is at the front of your property as close to the street as possible on your collection date? You don’t need to be home.

We will collect and recycle your mattress. Please be advised that if your items are not ready for collection when we arrive, we cannot refund your fee….it is a costly exercise for us as well.
Please note that we can’t collect your mattress if we have to go onto your property without prior arrangement. If we cannot collect your mattress because of this, or if someone else has taken your mattress, we cannot provide a refund to you.
Please note that if you cancel your collection prior to the agreed collection day, then there is a flat admin fee of $10 deducted for any refunds.
